Hello my darlings! I’ve got a new look up for you. A couple of weeks ago, I got an email from Yoek to ask if I would be interested in participating in a blogger challenge where several plussize bloggers would share their favorite Yoek look of the season. And ofcourse I said yes! I really liked the feel of their previous wintercollection, and this season again they have some superpretty things. Especially this time of year, they always have some Dolce&Gabbana-esque plussize pieces, which I am CRAZY about. Think black sexy dresses, leopardprint, red lace,… to me that just screams feminine italian-esque glamour.
So it should come as no surprise that my pick for this season is exactly that, with a superfeminine highwaisted leopardprinted bootyloving figurehugging pencilskirt.
The skirt is made from a fabric that is stretchy enough to hug your curves but firm enough to not show every little wobbly bit. You could fold the waistband down, but I kind of really like that it’s so high up. The folds make it superflattering too; you guys know I don’t care about flattering all that much, but it’s nice to have the option on days that you want it. As a leopardlover, I feel like every woman should have a touch of leopard in her closet. This skirt is so perfect, because you can dress it down supercasually with a fun shirt and some sneakers, you can wear it to work or add some sexiness for a date and with a different top it’s also great for the holidays. Hello versatility! All I added were pumps, a white yoek blouse (again, another musthave in your wardrobe!), gold pearl earrings and a touch of red lipstick to highlight the vavavoominess even more.
